Employment Readiness

This program supports newcomer and multicultural women become more equipped for the Canadian workforce. This program helps participants build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to pursue employment, career advancement, or further education in Newfoundland and Labrador. MWONL works in collaboration with various community organizations based on the needs of our members.

Through their participation in focus groups, newcomer women are able to communicate their experiences with the job market.

MWONL delivers informative sessions in order to share valuable resources with participants. We hope for these resources to help in the search for employment.
